What is remote support?
Remote support connects and engineers computer to a problematic system allowing him to view the screen of the remote system as if they were sat in front of it.
How does it work?
We supply you with a unique code that you enter via our website; this initiates a temporary session between our engineer's computer and yours.
Are you able to look at confidential information?
Once connected any activity on the computer is visible on screen, this keeps you in control of what areas of the computer are looked at with the added comfort of being able to terminate a session at any time.
Can anybody connect to my computer through this session?
No, all connections are encrypted preventing any unauthorised connection.
Are you able to connect at another time without me authorising the connection?
No, we can't connect again without you entering a support code via our website.
Can you fix every problem remotely?
No, in some cases it isn't possible to fix the problem, in these situations you will require a call out or you can bring the computer to our workshop.
